Terms Of Service
By commissioning my work, you are in turn agreeing to the below Terms of Service.I reserve the right to refuse to make or work on an avatar for any reason.
What You Get
A fully functional VRChat avatar .unitypackage file which can be imported into the unity editor and uploaded to VRChat for PC and Quest.This file will also contain all of the source files I used to create your avatar as well, such as .blend files for blender and .xcf files for gimp, and .spp files for substance painter.Assets made for you are for personal use only and may not be posted as free or for public use. This includes sharing it around with your friends.
The Process
After you browse the pricing page and decide what you're interested, you will need to send me a message including:• any reference material
• the base you would like to use
• a detailed description of what work you'd like me to do
• a list of any accessories you would like
• whether you use a PC or a Quest for VRchatBe descriptive! I need to know everything that you are interested in!
When I have reviewed your request, I will let you know what I can do and send you an itemized invoice.Once you pay me half of the invoiced total in Paypal, I will start working on your avatar. I will send you relevant progress pictures and let you make any creative decisions, and eventually I will send you final pictures of the avatar. This will be your last chance to have any more input.When I have confirmed that you are happy with the avatar, you will need to send rest of the invoiced total, at which point I will send you the avatar .unitypackage file, ready to upload.
Turnaround
Unless otherwise specified, I will get the work done within 14 days of being commissioned. Complex work may take more time; I will let you know if I need to delay.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of your avatar, once you have received your file, a refund will no longer be possible.If in the case I cannot complete your commission, I will provide a full refund.
NSFW
If your commission request involves any NSFW (adult) items then please ensure to be prepared to provide proof that you are over 18 years old.When you are using your avatar I am absolved of any responsibility, and ask that you please be sure to follow VRChat's NSFW Rules; Make sure the avatar is always set to PRIVATE and do not take it into public worlds.Any avatar that becomes removed from VRChat due to rule violations, is your responsibility.
Payments
I accept payments via PayPal.You need to pay half of the agreed upon price up front before I will start working on your avatar. You will need to pay the other half when the work is complete, before I can send you the .unitypackage file.PayPal is always preferred as it protects both you as a buyer, and me as a seller.
Source file Policy
While the total package of the avatar is yours, I maintain the right to use the techniques, accessories, bases, texture masks and other assorted files in the process of working on other people's commissions, unless you are paying the additional fee for the exclusive rights to the aforementioned media.
What I am allowed to do
I reserve the rights to post any and all of the artwork I have created on any of my Social media accounts, unless you are paying the privacy fee.If I suspect foul play in any way I have the right to cancel your commission without warning and refund the correct amount to the original account.
Avatar uploading
The file I send you will be ready to upload. You must be able to upload the avatar to VRChat yourself; this requires a windows computer. I can walk you through with uploading process.I will not upload your avatar for you, except as a last resort. Uploading your avatar requires that you give me your account details, which is a large security risk.
Abandonment Policy
If you become unresponsive for more than 14 days while I am working on your avatar, I reserve the right to upload your avatar as a public model. Upon receiving the full payment for the work, I will take down my upload and provide you with the files and help to upload your avatar as usual.
